Music

Music Ministry of Trinity Grace Fellowship

Adult Choir
Under the direction of Thom Richards, the choir rehearses on Wednesdays at 6:00 pm from mid-August through the end of May. They provide special music on Sundays and for special services throughout the year. The choir sings traditional and contemporary selections. All are welcome to join!

Praise Team
Trinity's praise team, led by Colleen Mowry, consists of singers, acoustic guitar, bass guitar, electronic drums, and electronic keyboard. This group leads contemporary praise music during worship services and occasionally provides special music.

Adult Bells
Trinity has a 3-octave set of handbells. We do not play on a regular basis, but occasionally a group gets together to provide special music during the worship service. If you have played handbells in the past or can read music and would like to give it a try please contact Colleen Mowry.

Children's Bells
Under the direction of Becky Wolleson, children learn to play colored bells and practice on Sunday mornings at the beginning of Children's Church. They provide special music occasionally during the Worship Service. Children need only to know their colors to be part of this fun group!

Sonshine Band
The Sonshine Band was started in the 1980s when the pastor, Rev. Dan Remaley, attended a bluegrass concert and was inspired to learn to play the Dobro guitar. He then found some like-minded people in the church to play and sing with and they worked to spread the gospel through their music. The original members were Gary Baumberger, Bob Garrison, Marilyn Payne, Brian Payne, and Bob Snyder. The band played at nursing homes, fairs, festivals, picnics, parties, and other events, as well as at Trinity Church.

Today, the Sonshine Band still retains two of its original members and continues to play periodically during worship and for special occasions for the church. They do their best to continue to spread the gospel through their music to the audiences that hear them perform.

Special Music
Members of the congregation provide special music during the summer months and for special services. If you sing or play a musical instrument and would be willing to share your talent with the congregation please contact Thom Richards.
